About the role

Riddwood Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Sydney office. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for all our social media including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

What you'll be doing

Manage and optimise the company's website, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for digital growth

Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of the company's online presence

Create engaging content, including project update posts, social media updates and thought leadership content to build brand awareness

Analyse website and digital marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies

Collaborate with our internal team and external stakeholders to align digital initiatives with the company's overall marketing and business goals

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or similar role, preferably within the professional services or engineering industry

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms and social media management tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into engaging content

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results

Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and drive ideas from start to finish

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
