Junior Digital Graphic Designer - Fashion, Beauty & Wellness Industry

Location: Redfern, Sydney

Salary: $70,000

Are you a creative with a flair for design and a passion for fashion, beauty, and wellness? We're looking for a Junior Digital Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help bring our digital platforms to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and contribute to engaging content across social media, email marketing, web, and more.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Junior Digital Graphic Designer, you'll support our brand storytelling through visually compelling content. Your work will include:

  • Designing graphics, layouts, and visuals for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital ads
  • Assisting with content production, including photo editing, video clipping, and post-production
  • Supporting the content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging digital content
  • Collaborating with marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to maintain a cohesive brand presence
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends and platform best practices to create fresh, on-trend visuals

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of digital design experience (in-house, agency, or freelance)
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Basic photo and video editing experience
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Creative, organised, and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
