About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team and bring our event marketing to life! This role is perfect for a marketing professional who is creative, organised and detail-oriented to promote and contribute to some of the most exciting events in the industry.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive buzz, engagement and attendance for our events.

Use Mailchimp to craft compelling email campaigns that keep our audiences informed and excited.

Manage our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) accounts and other social platforms to connect with fans and drive ticket sales.

Collaborate with designers to produce eye-catching visuals and videos for event promotions, and maintaining event websites.

Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and provide data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.

Work with sponsors, influencers, and media outlets to amplify event reach.

Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and polls to foster a community of event enthusiasts.

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.

2+ years experience in a similar position and have hands-on experience with marketing.

Strong understanding of audience engagement and digital marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, analytics platforms).

High attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and tight deadlines.
