We’re searching for a motivated, detail-driven Service Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a talented team of housekeepers and runners, and support our operations Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support a diverse team of housekeepers, runners, and contractors.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring every property meets Bedspoke’s high standards.
Assist Operations Managers with scheduling, task allocation, and quality control.
Manage rosters, attendance, and workflow to ensure smooth service delivery.
Communicate clearly and effectively using multiple digital platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, and internal systems).
Motivate and mentor your team, fostering a culture of accountability, pride, and professionalism.
Conduct property checks to maintain quality and guest satisfaction.
Ensure workplace health and safety standards are consistently met.
What You’ll Bring

You’ll stand out if you have:
Proven experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager role within hospitality, property services, or another service-driven industry.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bring out the best in others.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities — you get things done.
Confidence using digital tools and multi-channel communication platforms.
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining high standards.
