We’re on the lookout for a motivated, hands-on Duty Manager to help lead our team and keep the good times flowing at our tropical cocktail bar on the water. If you thrive in a fast-paced, social environment and know how to keep both customers and staff smiling, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations during your shifts, ensuring smooth service and top-notch guest experiences

Lead and support our bar and floor team with energy and positivity

Manage staff breaks, cash handling, and end-of-day reports

Step behind the bar when needed — mixing drinks, chatting with guests, and keeping the vibe fun and relaxed

Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety

Handle any issues with calm professionalism and a smile

Ensure alcohol related compliance is prioritised

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality or bar management (supervisory experience preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

A love for tropical cocktails, coastal life, and creating memorable guest experiences

A proactive attitude — you don’t just manage problems, you prevent them

RSA or relevant certifications
