Role Description
Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about building strong business relationships?
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing asset finance brokerage, servicing the Perth metro and regional areas.
Candidates with any work status are welcome to apply, including Australian citizens, permanent residents, and those with valid work visas.
The remuneration package is commission weighted, and we are looking for a candidate with a focus on developing their network. You will need to be proactive, commited and focussed to achieve results. And you will have support from an experienced team of colleagues, in our Currambine office.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Managing and nurturing relationships with our existing referral business partners.
Developing new partnerships across the Perth metro market to expand our network.
Representing our brand with professionalism and energy while delivering tailored finance solutions to partners and their clients.
Collaborating with our internal team to ensure partners are supported with up-to-date product knowledge, tools, and fast approvals.
Identifying opportunities for growth and helping shape business development strategies.
About You.
We're seeking someone who is:
Minimum 2 years' experience in finance, lending, automotive, or a related industry.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated by achieving results.
Skilled in relationship management, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experienced in finance, lending, automotive, or a related industry (preferred, but not essential).
Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A focussed individual who is self driven to perform at a high level with a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience.

Remuneration
The role consists of a base salary, plus superannuation, plus uncapped commission/bonus incentives. The range provided on the ad is indicative and will be determined by the applicant quality.
