What You’ll Do

Be the warm, welcoming face of the practice

Support the front desk – from bookings and payments to keeping operations flowing smoothly

Support our Chiropractor

Build meaningful relationships and love on our practice members

Assist with coordinating and attending external community events

Ensure compliance by following systems and processes

Help educate and empower practice members on their health journey

Who You Are

A take-charge person who brings energy, warmth, and initiative

Experienced in admin/front desk roles and confident juggling multiple priorities

Process-driven and compliant – you love organisation and doing things right

The Details

Casual/part-time role – approx. 24 hours per week

Based in our local practice, working alongside a supportive, passionate team

Flexibility to assist with community events and external promotions.
