What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Car Loan / Asset finance broker in a deal-writing capacity. This should include experience with complex loan structures and a strong understanding of the credit assessment process.

Active membership with a recognised industry body.

A passionate leader with a proven track record of building and managing successful teams.

A self-starter with a proactive approach and a drive to exceed targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
