You'll start hands-on in the workshop, leading repairs and mentoring apprentices, with the chance to grow into management and eventually take over the business.

What You'll Do

Service, diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles

Lead by example and support apprentices

Deliver top-quality workmanship and customer service

Help shape the future of the workshop

What We're Looking For

Trade-qualified Automotive Mechanic (Cert III or equivalent)

5+ years post-trade experience (Euro/fleet background a plus)

Strong diagnostics and problem-solving ability

Extensive experience with diagnostic equipment is essential

Leadership qualities and team-player mindset

Ambition to take on ownership in the future

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
