About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Credit Analyst / Para-Broker to join our team. You’ll analyse financial data, assess credit applications, and work closely with clients and lenders to deliver tailored lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Assess financial documents and recommend loan structures.

· Guide clients through the lending process with clear communication.

· Liaise with lenders to secure competitive terms.

· Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

· Resolve application challenges and suggest process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in credit analysis, small business banking, or mortgage lending.

· Strong skills in financial assessment and problem-solving.

· Familiarity with self-employed borrowers is highly desirable.

· Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred, support provided for further study).

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
