Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking to join a dynamic finance team in Kent Town? Champagne Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading finance business to find a talented Client Services Administrator.

About the Role:
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, supporting the team with administrative coordination, client communication, and process management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming emails and high-level phone calls, distributing correspondence and ensuring professional client interactions.

Input and update client enquiries in Salesforce, maintaining accurate data and following up as needed.

Prepare and issue Letters of Offer, Facility Approvals, and Broker Mandates.

Conduct credit checks, company and title searches, and related due diligence.

Lodge deals into lender portals and refresh client bank statements.

Prepare and schedule email marketing campaigns, maintain phone logs, and compile monthly settlement lists.

Manage invoices, credit card payments, and office supplies.

Set up new staff members and maintain the office’s professional presentation.

Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support.

About You:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with email marketing platforms is an advantage.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in administration or client support, within the finance or mortgage industry is desirable but not essential.
