Administration Assistant / Social Media Support
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per annum (+ 12 % Superannuation)

About Us
Specialised Services is a South Australian leader in demolition & asbestos removal servicing residential, commercial and industrial projects across Adelaide and regional SA.
We’re a tight-knit team with a strong focus on safety, quality and growth — and we’re now looking for an organised and creative individual to join our office team.
About the Role
This is a diverse administration role ideal for someone who enjoys structure but also has a creative streak. You’ll support our operations and management teams with day-to-day administrative tasks, while also assisting with social media content and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
General administration and office coordination tasks — answering calls, emails and organising documents
Scheduling and support for field staff and management teams
Data entry and filing of project and compliance records
Assisting with quotes, reports and client communication
Creating and posting social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Helping coordinate photo and video updates from our demolition projects
About You
You’re a motivated team player who can balance administrative precision with creative thinking. You take ownership of your tasks and like to see things through from start to finish.
You’ll bring:
Previous administration experience (ideally in construction or trade environment)
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office & Various Trade Portals etc.)
Skills in creating and posting content across all major social media platforms
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
