We’re on the lookout for a proactive Bookkeeper & Finance Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. You’ll enjoy meaningful, varied work in a positive, flexible, and values-driven environment where your attention to detail keeps our mission moving.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years’ bookkeeping or finance administration experience
Strong understanding of NDIS billing, plans, and invoicing
Proficiency in Xero
Payroll processing and compliance know-how
Some experience in people or team management, with the confidence to guide and support others in administrative or financial processes
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Current (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check and National Police Check
About the Role
Manage day-to-day finance operations: accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
Payroll processing and compliance reporting
Follow up unpaid invoices and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date
BAS/GST preparation and liaison with external accountants
NDIS invoice reconciliation, funding tracking, and budget monitoring
Collaborate closely with our admin and management team
Assist with budgeting, cashflow tracking, and management reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement of our finance processes as we grow
