We're seeking a motivated Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator to join our clients team, a well-established, Australian-owned company based in Dandenong South.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing and tracking orders for key clients
• Coordinating with the warehouse on dispatch and delivery updates
• Maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, and handling data entry
• Providing general administrative support to keep the office running efficiently

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in administration and customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
• A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
