About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service/Administration Officer to join our team in Tarneit, VIC on a casual basis on Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday 12-8pm This role will provide valuable administrative and customer service support to business. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing high-quality customer service to clients, suppliers and other stakeholders via phone, email and in person

Handling general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation and basic bookkeeping

Assisting with the coordination of office operations and logistics

Maintaining an organised and efficient work environment

Supporting the wider business team as required

Working Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A positive, adaptable and proactive approach to your work
