About the Roles
Depending on the client and sector, duties may include managing customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, invoices, and service requests, coordinating with warehouse, service, or field teams to ensure smooth operations, maintaining accurate data entry and documentation, providing product or service information and resolving issues promptly, and supporting administration and office functions as required.
About You
You’ll have previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Sales Support, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced computer literacy across the Windows suite of products, excellent data entry accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. You’ll be confident multitasking in a busy environment, with a professional, team-oriented approach and positive attitude.
