The Role

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs and take-offs for residential builds
• Manage procurement and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
• Track budgets and assist with cost reporting
• Support project coordination, approvals and handover documentation
• Work collaboratively with design, construction and client teams
• Maintain quality control across all project stages

The Criteria

• Previous experience as an Estimator in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of SA building codes/NCC
• Proficiency in estimating software, Excel and Buildertrend
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed to help the project
