There is a new opportunity for a full time Service Advisor to join our ABS Midland team.

We are searching for a seasoned professional in advising but also someone who wants to contribute to the growth of the Service department.

The role will still see you taking charge of a Service Advisor role and delivering exceptional customer service alongside the Service team to ensure KPI's and budgets are met whilst sharing your knowledge and advising experience with other members of the team. However, if you have a passion for cars & a can do attitude, this might be the role for you.

Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, this dynamic role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor or Technician looking to 'get off the tools', or a Salesperson / Customer Service professional with a passion for motor vehicles and customer service in a thriving and rewarding team environment.

Scheduling customer service work orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues.

Preparing quotes and invoices and closing allocated work orders.

Apply a strong attention to detail with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.

Present to work in a punctual and presentable manner

Ensure vehicles tasks are completed correctly and within specified time.

Ensure all KPI's and targets are met.

Excellent time management skills are required

Ensure all workshop operations are completed to professional standards

Maintain and improve ABS customer retention program

Maintain and improve ABS social media & marketing program

Skills

Customer service & sales experience in the automotive sector 2 + years experience is an advantage but not necessary for the right candidate

Ability to value sell and provide honest feedback to customers.

Strong focus on both customer satisfaction & retention.

Well presented with exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills.

Able to work autonomously, unsupervised and coach younger staff members.

Previous Mechanical & Electrical experience.

Monday to Friday 7am to 5:00pm.

Must Hold a current Australian Drivers licence.
