Service Advisor – Keep Our Workshop Running Smooth
At Hawkdiesel, we’ve built a reputation on expertise — especially in Detroit Diesel engines and Eaton Autoshift transmissions. Now we’re looking for a Service Advisor who can match that same level of precision on the front desk.

You will be outgoing and friendly
A good listener with patience and attention to detail
Mechanically minded, with industry experience
Great written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills (MechanicDesk experience a bonus)
Efficient, adaptable, and a true team player
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist clients with confidence and care
Book and invoice jobs using MechanicDesk software
Order parts and keep workflow moving
Relay jobs and manage technicians’ schedules to stay on track
Input daily kpi data into spreadsheets
Maintain an inventory of stocked spare parts
