We are a well-established caravan dealership representing some of Australia’s leading caravan brands. With strong growth and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our busy service department.
About the Role:
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department, including workshop technicians and service advisers. You will be the driving force behind creating efficient processes, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring our service team runs smoothly. This role requires a professional who thrives under pressure, tackles challenges head-on, and can inspire and support their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage workshop staff and service advisers.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and service outcomes.
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and confidence.
Ensure quality control and timely completion of all service work.
Drive a positive team culture with clear communication and leadership.
Report on service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
About You:
Previous experience in a Service Manager or senior service role (automotive, caravans, RVs, or similar industries).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a positive, professional workplace culture.
Excellent problem-solving abilities – not afraid to take ownership of challenges and deliver results.
Highly organised, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
A team player with a positive personality who leads by example.
