We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician and Accessory Installer to join our team. This role will involve traveling throughout Western Australia to install, service, and repair a variety of lifting, workshop equipment and automotive accessories.

You will also work closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, Servicing, and Repairs:

- Mobile lifting columns (MLC), 2-post hoists, and other lifting equipment.

- Roller brake testers, shakers, and load testers.

- Dash cameras, GPS trackers, and telematics systems.

- Collaboration:

- Work with the sales team to provide expert support and advice to clients.

Ideal Candidate:

- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.

- Mechanically and electrically competent, with hands-on experience.

- Experienced in customer service and onsite client support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
