What the Role Involves:

As a Service Advisor, you will be a key part of our front-line team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient service operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Working collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Adhering to all operating procedures and manufacturer guidelines

Processing repair orders, preparing quotes, and generating invoices

Managing service and repair bookings to ensure maximum workshop efficiency

Advising customers on required servicing and repairs

Coordinating service and repair work for corporate and VIP customers

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred not essential)

Exceptional time management and proactive problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

A proven track record in customer service, sales, and conflict resolution

The ability to build strong customer relationships and exceed expectations

A positive, team-oriented mindset and a desire for personal and professional growth
