Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage a portfolio of rental properties
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Monitor and manage rental arrears
• Ensure compliance with tenancy laws and safety regulations
• Support and mentor junior staff (if applicable)

About You:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing your own portfolio
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Valid drivers license
• Valid Agents Rep / Real Estate Cert IV
