About the Opportunity:

This role offers the chance to manage a clean, development-focused portfolio of 50 properties to grow to 150 across Melbourne’s North and West suburbs. You will be working within a modern, systemised environment that prioritises your ability to deliver excellent service without unnecessary stress.

The Role:

Portfolio will start small (50 properties) and grow steadily to approximately 150 properties.

Current rent roll is expanding rapidly, growing by 25–30 properties per month.

Use PropertyMe to streamline and simplify your workflow.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm with occasional Saturdays if required.

Flexibility to work from home 2–3 days per week once settled.
