Property Manager - Frankston Area - 2 DAYS WFH

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of 130 properties, residential homes/apartments around the Frankston area (within 10km of office)
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Lease renewals, rent reviews, finalising condition reports and inspections

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $75,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Staff Commissions
- Phone, iPad are provided
- 2 days work from home

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Car and drivers license
