Senior Property Manager | Brunswick West | $87,500 + Super + Allowance/Bonus

Join a National Real Estate Agency in a role where you have progression, support, excellent pay and low staff turnover in a local Brunswick West team!

Manage approx 160+ properties (tbc), with 2x leasing consultants / admin support, and a strong, proven structure in Property Management, using PropertyMe, with phone and laptop to be provided (tbc).

Hours: Monday to Friday with either a day off during the week if doing Saturdays, or limited Saturday hours, for a well balanced lifestyle (days/hours can be negotiated)

Salary: $87,500 + Super + Allowance/Bonus, progression into Team Leader, Head of State, National Department Head Roles Possible!

This is a senior property manager role, you need residential property manager experience with your own portfolio in residential property management.
