As part of our ongoing growth, we’re looking for a Bid & Proposals Coordinator to join our Singleton head office. This is a key role for someone who thrives on bringing together the detail, structure, and story that showcase who we are, Real People delivering Real Solutions.

About the Role

You’ll manage the end-to-end tender and proposal process, from identifying opportunities and coordinating inputs, to preparing professional submissions that reflect our capability, culture, and commitment to excellence.

You’ll work closely with our estimating, operations, HSEQ, and finance teams to pull together clear, accurate, and competitive tenders that position Complete Parts as the trusted partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage tenders, bids, and proposals across multiple business areas.

Prepare high-quality submissions that reflect our brand and capabilities.

Coordinate input from technical and operational teams.

Ensure all documentation is compliant, accurate, and on schedule.

Conduct research and gather supplier and pricing information.

Maintain proposal records and assist in continuous improvement.

Support business development and marketing efforts as required.

About You

3–5 years’ experience in tender or proposal coordination.

Strong organisational and written communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively.

Background in mining, engineering, or industrial sectors (advantageous).

A positive, proactive attitude, you get things done and take pride in the result.
