With a strong reputation for reliability, problem solving and customer service, they are growing fast and now seeking a driven and proactive Technical Project Coordinator to join their team. You’ll be working closely with the General Manager and delivery teams to drive successful IT project outcomes for clients.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinate end-to-end IT project scheduling and delivery

Manage technician allocation and onsite work coordination

Keep clients informed with clear timelines and progress updates

Assist with invoicing and accurate billing for project milestones

Monitor time entries and ensure accuracy for major accounts

Maintain project documentation, reports and delivery schedules

Support project quality and resource management

Assist with client onboarding and setup

Drive process improvement and help refine delivery frameworks

About You

2–3 years’ experience in Project Coordination or technical delivery (MSP experience ideal)

Strong organisational and scheduling skills

Excellent communication across tech teams and clients

Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Familiar with IT project environments (networking, infrastructure, managed services)

Experience with PSA tools like ConnectWise or Autotask (desirable)

Qualifications in IT or Project Management (PRINCE2, ITIL or similar a bonus)
