The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Project Coordinator will act as the central point of coordination between clients, Project Managers, installers, subcontractors, and internal teams, helping to manage projects involving a variety of specialised products.

About your new role

  • Coordinate project schedules, including surveys, site visits, commissioning, and snagging activities.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers, calendars, and documentation using tools such as Smartsheet and Dropbox.
  • Compile and distribute delivery notes, installation packs, and handover documentation for projects and products.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Coordinate delivery of materials, components, and specialised products in line with project timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track inbound/outbound orders, and manage site access requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements across scheduling, documentation, and communication.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage technical documentation.
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving ability.
  • IT proficiency in Outlook, Excel
  • Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or scheduling preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain a forklift licence (training provided).
