About the Role:

You’ll be the friendly face our customers turn to! Your job will be to handle orders smoothly and tackle any questions that come your way. You’ll also get to share your product knowledge and help customers find exactly what they need.

What You'll Do:

Provide awesome customer service by processing orders and answering queries.

Offer product recommendations that fit our customers’ needs.

Pitch in with general office tasks to keep our sales team running smoothly.

Work closely with the logistics team to keep customer deliveries schedule.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in sales or customer service.

Great communication and people skills.

Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying on top of priorities.
