Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service department. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· ensuring that all telephone calls are always answered promptly and professionally.

· Providing superior customer service to the clients by ensuring all client bookings are taken efficiently and accurately.

· Identifying and resolving any potential delivery issues before they impact the clients and informing them of any delivery issues or delays.

· follow up and resolve any service issues by liaising between the client, sub-contractor and relevant Departments.
