We are currently seeking experienced dental assistants and Experienced Front Office Coordinators/ Assistant Practice Managers for the following locations:

Brabham Smiles Full-Time Dental Assistant

Simple Dental Warwick Full-Time Assistant Manager

Mundaring Dental Centre Full Time Dental Assistant and Assistant Manager

About the Role:

Part-time & Full-Time positions: Monday–Friday, with alternating Saturdays.

Opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly team environment.

Varied responsibilities to keep your workday engaging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Front desk reception and general administrative duties.

Managing appointment bookings and recalls.

Filing and maintaining patient records.

Assisting with marketing, social media, and content creation.

Chair side assisting

infection control knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.

Experience using D4W (Dental 4 Windows) software.

Excellent time management, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

A friendly, professional manner and the ability to build rapport with our lovely patients, dentists, and colleagues.
