Pure Property Management is seeking a detail-driven and organised Lease Administrator to join our growing national team. This position supports our commercial property managers and licensees by maintaining accuracy and compliance across lease data, rent rolls, and reporting functions.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and process improvement, while also contributing to a culture that values people, property, and progress.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain lease records and critical dates, ensuring data integrity across Cirrus8 and internal reporting systems
• Prepare and verify rent reviews, lease commencements, expiries, and option schedules
• Conduct regular audits of lease documentation, rent rolls, and compliance requirements
• Support property managers with lease queries and reporting requirements
• Manage correspondence between landlords, tenants, and the accounts team to ensure accurate rent invoicing and reconciliations
• Prepare and distribute monthly reporting summaries to licensees and management
• Identify process improvements to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting quality

Cirrus 8 Experience Preferred but not essential

What you will bring

• Previous experience in lease administration, trust accounting, or property management support
• Strong understanding of commercial lease terms and rent roll reporting
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and exposure to property management systems such as Cirrus8 or similar platforms
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach
• A professional attitude and commitment to delivering accurate, reliable, and timely outcomes
