Due to our rapid growth and continued success, our Brisbane City Service Centre requires a customer focused professional who thrives on exceeding sales targets, can problem solve and continually go the extra mile.

This position is well suited for university students, especially those studying logistics, supply chain management, business, or other related undergraduate degrees. With flexible hours (15-25 hours per week), it’s an excellent opportunity to balance work with your academic commitments.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, along with ongoing coaching and development. Mature aged applicants are also encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately packing, invoicing and consigning products for dispatch and ensuring items are securely prepared for delivery.

Making deliveries/Pick-ups in the Pack and Send vehicle.

Tracking and tracing consignments + resolving delivery issues.

Organizing and sorting items for efficient packing.

Assisting with inventory management and stock control.

Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.

Adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.

Skills and Experience:

High level customer service and relationship building skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.

Efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Sound level of physical fitness and ability to lift packages when needed.

Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.

Ability to adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate your university schedule.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree related to logistics, supply chain, business, or similar fields (preferred but not essential)

Valid Australian Drivers License.
