As part of their national expansion into Brisbane, they are seeking a passionate and results-driven Furniture Sales Associate to join their growing team in Aspley, QLD.

The Role

You'll be part of an exciting new chapter, helping customers discover their next décor obsession while delivering outstanding service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and support the full-time retail team

Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service

Engage with customers in-store and over the phone to consult, promote, and close sales

Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to convert into sales opportunities

Collaborate with team members during campaigns and promotions to maximise sales

Assist customers in identifying needs and recommending suitable products

Maintain showroom presentation to the highest visual merchandising standards

Accurately process sales orders using in-house systems

About You

Essential Requirements:

Must be available Wednesday & Thursday, and on-call for additional shifts

Previous experience in retail, sales, or hospitality, with proven results

Passionate about sales and customer experience

Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to quickly learn product details and respond to customer needs

Basic to intermediate computer skills (POS/data entry)
