Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. The Customer Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring a clean and safe environment for their use. As such a young business, we are after someone passionate about helping both our clients and our business grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to all P3 Recovery clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility, including pool decks and recovery equipment.

Sell memberships and products to clients, offering guidance and support as needed.

Conduct member retention calls, inquires and sales using our CRM system.

Assist clients in utilising recovery equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols.

Maintain accurate customer records and complete transactions using our systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

Outgoing and bubbly personality

First-Aid and CPR Certificate.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in a health or fitness-related environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to adapt to changing tasks and manage a busy environment effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
