We’re hiring a Customer Service Administrator for a well-established logistics company based in Lytton. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations between clients, transport teams, and warehouse staff.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering customer service queries professionally and promptly

Accurately entering and updating data in the in-house system

Coordinating orders with warehouse and transport teams

Communicating with clients regarding order status and timeframes

Supporting inventory management by passing on stock count requests

Providing general admin support where needed

👤 What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport admin preferred

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Sharp attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills

Someone who takes initiative and can work independently
