You must be a Chef who can work & operate with excellence and quality, in order to fit within this (Hatted) high performing team. This is a small intimate venue, as such its a hands on role with quality, flavour and operations.

Creative input with menu and recipe development.

Working with a small restaurant team

Assist with ordering & procurement

Lunch & Dinner services

Responsible for food safety and Hygiene

All BOH operations for the Restaurant
