We have a Brand New Kitchen You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Ensure all food preparation meets high standards

Good organisational skills

Create height on the plate (best plating techniques)

YOU MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER

Positive attitude and good communication skills

Commitment to delivering a high level of food standard

Excellent grooming standards

Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends.

Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is maintained to a high standard and that all company and legal requirements are met at all times

We will be open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday–Saturday.

What qualifications we are looking for

Either academic or vocational qualification is a must.

Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Cookery as the required academic or vocational qualification.

An experienced (minimum of 12 months in a similar capacity), particularly familiar with café and restaurant environments.

Candidates must have specific experience working in café or restaurant environments to be considered for this position.
