About The Role

As our Café Manager, you’ll bring energy, leadership, and heart to our new café. You’ll shape a positive culture where customers feel welcome and the team feels proud of what they do. Beyond great food and service, you’ll help drive the café’s growth and success by focusing on quality, teamwork, and strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small café team with a great mix of new and existing talent.

Deliver exceptional customer service and build on our strong customer relationships.

Oversee food and beverage preparation, presentation, and quality.

Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Create and manage staff rosters in line with operational requirements.

Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and hygiene standards.

Drive sales growth and support promotional activities

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a café environment.

Strong people management and customer service skills.

A hands-on, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

A passion for hospitality and creating a great customer experience.
