About the role

As the Cafe/Bakery Manager at THE 2 MEN CAFE - GEELONG, shop 5-7 129 Pakington Street, Geelong West, VIC 3218, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of this vibrant and popular establishment. This is a full-time position that will see you leading a dedicated team to ensure exceptional customer service and the delivery of high-quality food and beverages.

DUTIES:

Manage of business strategy and operations of THE 2 MEN CAFE-GEELONG and assisting in such management of two locations of THE 2 MEN CAFE and THE 2 MEN BAKERY in FOOTSCRAY.

Directing and overseeing the production of at baked and other goods

Contracting and managing relationships with vendors

Business development: the Bakeries produce the pre-produced ingredients and instructions for other businesses to bake and sell product

Hiring, training and management of staff

Management of cafe and bakery operations and customer experience

Menu and product design and creation

Qualifications:

Diploma of Hospitality Management

At least three years of experience in a similar role
