Think Asia Group is seeking a full-time Assistant Cafe/QSR Manager to join our vibrant Think Asia venue at Melbourne Airport. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, and love creating memorable experiences. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager & Owner in driving daily operations, leading a high-energy team, and elevating service standards. Your contribution will help shape the venue’s success and position it as a standout destination for travellers and food lovers alike.

What will you do?

Assist in managing day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction

Champion exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Drive financial performance through, stock control and labour oversight

Ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety standards

Lead, train and motivate a diverse team to consistently exceed expectations

Promote and celebrate our food and beverage offering, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and guests are engaged

More about you

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy cafe or restaurant setting

Energetic, guest-focused and self-motivated with strong leadership skills

Skilled in team development, recruitment and performance coaching

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
