We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee this dynamic hospitality space, ensuring it maintains the highest standards from morning service to late-night dining and drinks.

About the Role

This is a career-defining opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in high-energy, guest-focused environments. As Venue Manager of Molli, you will oversee the guest experience, operational flow, and financial performance of the venue, ensuring that every daytime service runs smoothly.

You will play a key role in shaping the culture, service, and success of this exciting venue. Whether you’re managing the floor on a busy Saturday night, leading pre-service briefings, hosting VIP guests, or strategising growth opportunities, you will be the driving force behind the venue’s identity and reputation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing the daytime operation, ensuring smooth transitions between day and evening services.

Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence

Driving exceptional service standards, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience

Managing financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies

Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver an innovative seasonal food and beverage menu

Developing and executing functions and private events, creating bespoke hospitality experiences for guests.

Upholding sustainability and ethical sourcing principles, ensuring all operations align with our values

Engaging with the local community, suppliers, and the broader hospitality industry, positioning the venue as a must-visit destination

A proven leader with experience managing high-performing teams

A deep passion for food, hospitality, and sustainability, with a strong guest-first mindset

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team

A strategic mindset, with experience in budgets, cost control, and driving profitability

A natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure and in fast-paced environments

A strong background in cafe management or hospitality leadership roles

A commitment to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and community-driven atmosphere
