This long-established business has built a strong reputation for delivering large-scale infrastructure, residential subdivision, and transport projects to the highest standards of quality and safety.
With sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work across New South Wales, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of major civil infrastructure projects.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects involving bulk earthworks, road construction, and civil infrastructure works in line with TfNSW specifications. You’ll manage all aspects of project performance — from planning and delivery through to safety, financial control, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused culture.
• Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with TfNSW and company standards.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, reporting, and risk management.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.
• Strong background in bulk earthworks and TfNSW (Transport for NSW) specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from tender through delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
