Role Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of project delivery from inception through to completion

Oversee design management, procurement, cost control, programme, and quality assurance

Manage CA’s who administer head contracts and subcontracts, including progress claims, variations, and RFIs

Drive project safety culture, ensuring compliance with all WHS policies and procedures

Manage and coordinate site and subcontractor performance to achieve project objectives

Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships

Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reporting

Lead and mentor junior project team members to ensure consistent performance and development

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to protect programme and profitability

Role Requirements:

Minimum 2 - 4+ years’ local commercial fit–out & refurbishment and / or new build experience in the role of Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Associated Tertiary qualifications

Experience delivering projects valued between $5M - $30M+

Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams

Solid understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and WHS legislation

Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills

Proven ability to manage cost, time, and quality on complex projects

Organised, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem solving
