My client is currently recruiting for a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of subdivision and TMR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the project brief.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project compliance with the Integrated Management System
• Plan and manage project scheduling and programming tasks
• Lead and develop the project team
• Manage and nurture client relationships
• Monitor construction crew and subcontractor performance against schedules and cost forecasts
• Identify and address performance issues
• Track and report production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Procure plant, equipment, and materials as needed
• Develop, review, and approve Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)

About You:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Engineer working on subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects
• Extensive experience in project management
• Proven background in earthworks, roads, pavements, structures, and civil infrastructure
• Familiarity with working alongside authorities like local councils and service providers
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and subcontractors
• Experience in contract management
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
