Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Our customer, is one of the largest Bathroom and Kitchen products retailer, with showrooms and warehouses located in North Rocks. Their business spans NSW, VIC, QLD, and Auckland. For the past 14 years, they have been serving a diverse clientele including end customers, builders, plumbers, designers, and construction companies. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their in-house marketing team and lead performance marketing strategy with a strong focus on paid advertising, data analytics, and conversion optimization. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will take ownership of digital advertising ecosystem, drive traffic and leads through data-backed strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Bing, Reddit, and LinkedIn platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and ROAS.
Liaise with external agency to oversee Google Ads campaigns, monitor KPIs, and provide direction to improve performance.
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals across both online and offline channels, including showroom promotions.
Review growth strategies, analyses traffic trends, and generate performance reports with actionable insights to inform ongoing optimization.
Create clear content briefs for campaigns and ensure follow-through with post-launch data to measure performance (CTR, conversion rate, engagement).
Plan and execute EDM campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
Assist in coordinating and producing video content for digital and social campaigns.
Skills & Requirements:
3years+ of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Proven experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Solid understanding of marketing funnel metrics and growth analytics.
Experience working with agencies or third-party providers (especially for Google Ads)
Comfortable using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiar with EDM tools and A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Chinese is highly regarded.
