Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation (Bonus structure avail. after probation)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Sydney Time)
Location: Remote (must be available during Sydney hours)

What You’ll Do

Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid & organic) to deliver measurable and impactful ROI

Manage and analyse ad performance across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring strong ROAS and continuous improvement

Leverage data analytics (Hyros, Go High Level, Meta) to drive decision-making and report on campaign performance

Build and refine automations using platforms such as Hyros, Go High Level, and ManyChat.

Write effective, high-converting copy for ads, emails, and landing pages, with proven results

Design and manage landing pages, websites, and sales funnels that convert.

Implement and track email marketing campaigns with precision.

Stay ahead of social media trends and ensure campaigns remain fresh and engaging.

Identify problems and proactively develop solutions—speed and accuracy matter

Demonstrate natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and eventually manage additional team members as your role grows

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in:

Hyros & Go High Level

ManyChat automation

Meta Ads Management with proven track record of success

Effective copywriting that has generated measurable results

Email marketing campaigns (design, execution, reporting)

Landing page & website design

Leadership and small team management

Preferred Skills & Experience

Not essential but highly preferred:

At least 2 years experience as a marketing manager with proven results

Full sales funnel from lead-gen through to conversion

Experience with other automation tools and CRMs such as Zapier, ClickFunnels, etc.

Familiar with Hormozi’s work and ethos (value-driven, direct-response marketing focus)
