About the Role
We’re looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Specialist who can balance creative thinking with strong execution. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both the strategy and the doing — from campaign planning and creative production to performance analysis and client communication.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and wider creative team to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that deliver results across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

Plan and manage digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels

Develop creative concepts, campaign strategies, and scripts for ad content

Plan and coordinate video and image shoots, including briefing talent and production teams

Create and edit social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Collaborate with designers, videographers and editors to bring campaigns to life

Produce campaign reports and insights using analytics tools

Maintain strong client communication, providing regular updates and recommendations

Manage assets, briefs, and campaign workflows within Notion and other project tools

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and contribute to ongoing creative innovation

Who You Are

A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment

Confident across design, video editing, and digital marketing platforms

Experienced with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign reporting

Skilled in creative writing, copy development, and storytelling for brands

Organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once

A strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Bonus Points

Experience using Notion, HubSpot, or MailerLite

Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Understanding of branding, strategy, and the creative production process
