Backed by strong financial support and a forward pipeline of diverse projects, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an $8M apartment development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on ownership and autonomy, with a clear pathway to evolve into a Construction Manager or Operations Manager position as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all project phases from tendering, pre-construction through to delivery and close-out

Manage head contracts and subcontractor agreements

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program, quality, and budget targets are met

Lead and motivate project teams across site and office

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We're Looking For:

5+ years' experience as a Project Manager on commercial or multi-residential construction projects

Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle, including tendering and contracts administration

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Solid understanding of local construction codes and processes

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
